Payment Policy
Services are billed at the end of each calendar month for on-campus users and quarterly for external users. Payment is expected net 30 from the date of invoice.
The following policy will be implemented for late payments:
- 1st Warning- an email reminder will be sent to PI, 30 days after invoice date.
- 2nd Warning- a second email reminder will be sent to PI, 45 days after invoice date.
- 3rd Warning- a third email will be sent to PI, Chair, and Dean, 60 days after invoice date. Students will be locked out of the lab. A reinstatement fee of $50 per student will be charged. (Penalty fees cannot bill to projects and must be paid with unrestricted funds.)
- 4th Warning- after 90 days, campus orders will be sent to Department Chair and/or Dean for signature.
