We have set up a mailing list specifically for coordinating with other lab users to schedule after hours time in the lab. If you are interested in receiving notifications or would like to send email to other users to recruit potential buddies, please subscribe to after-hours-buddy-list@list.eng.utah.edu.
Buddy System Calendar for Nanofab Safety
This Calendar is to help facilitate lab users finding buddies to work in the lab after hours.
1) Indicate a time when you need a buddy ("buddy needed, name, email address"), and times when you plan to be in the lab or can be in the lab ("Available, name, email").
2) Coordinate, confirm and follow through. Don't commit and then leave the other person stranded.
This calendar is for your convenience only. It is still entirely your responsibility to find an appropriately trained and authorized safety buddy before you schedule equipment or show up to work.
To add or edit events on this calendar
Login to the Google Calendar Service using the following credentials:
User: nanofabutah
Password: nanofablab
Post times you need a buddy or times that you are available to be a buddy, and remember to include your email address.
Log out of the Google Calendar service
To reply to an existing buddy request: contact the poster directly by the email address listed in the calendar.
